Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Life & Health license is preferred or obtainable after hire.
• Strong communication and ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Sales and customer service experience in insurance or related field.
• Comfort with using CRM systems and modern technology.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close new personal lines insurance business.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Assist clients with policy recommendations and changes.
• Process applications and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate payments and policy updates; leverage CRM tools.
• Develop referrals and expand local networking.
