The Jonus Group seeks a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in Omaha. You will manage a book of personal lines accounts, provide quotes, and deliver exceptional client service, leveraging strong communication and industry knowledge.

This role offers a hybrid schedule after training (3 days remote, 2 days in-office) and requires a P&C license with 2–3 years in personal lines (5+ preferred) and AMS360 proficiency.

Qualifications

• Licensure in Property & Casualty (P&C) required.
• 2–3 years in personal lines insurance (5+ years preferred).
• Proficiency with AMS360 software is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a book of personal lines accounts.
• Handle client communications via phone and email with timely responses.
• Provide quotes for new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy.
• Utilize AMS360 to manage accounts and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional client service.
