Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Cash handling or sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultant to customers by conducting financial profiles and identifying needs.
• Cross-sell and upsell opportunities to attract, expand, and retain client relationships.
• Act as Teller and Personal Banker to support customer and team needs.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts.
• Provide back-up support to other branches and mentor colleagues.
• Maintain accuracy in transactions and balance daily.
