Qualifications
- 6-9 years of hands-on experience as a Pega Developer
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Pega applications that support digital workflows, process automation, and cards and payments business operations.
- Develop and optimize Pega data models, integrations, and reusable components to support scalable and maintainable enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs and application features.
- Guide team members in resolving technical challenges while promoting Pega development best practices, quality standards, and consistent delivery approaches.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance production applications through performance tuning, root cause analysis, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
