Responsibilities

• Develop full stack Pega-based BPM apps with secure SDLC
• Collaborate with product managers and operations to define requirements
• Participate in system design consulting and platform management
• Build scalable, secure modules using cloud native services
• Architect, configure, and deploy end-to-end Pega solutions for investigations
• Develop and maintain case management workflows and data models
• Design secure enterprise integrations (REST, SOAP, MQ, Kafka, file listeners)
• Enforce Pega guardrails, perform code reviews, optimize performance
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers in Agile/Scrum
