Job summary

Rise Services, Inc. is looking for a passionate Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) operating as a 1099 Independent Contractor across the Valley-Wide locations including Mesa.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona SLP License and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP).
• Previous experience in pediatric home health or clinic settings preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home‑based services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, articulation, voice, and fluency.
• Develop and implement evidence‑based treatment plans for children (Birth to 21).
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure progress.
• Provide supervision to SLPAs to ensure clinical excellence.
• Maintain accurate session notes and evaluation reports.
