Job summary

Rise Family is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contractor role covering Mesa and the Phoenix metro area. You will conduct evaluations and implement tailored therapies for children, ensuring collaboration with families and teams.

The position offers clinical autonomy and competitive compensation, including $75/hour for direct therapy and $120/hour for evaluations. Candidates must have a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid Arizona license.

Qualifications

• Must have current Arizona SLP License and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Experience in pediatric home health or clinic settings preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home-based services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech and language.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for children.
• Partner with families and teams to ensure progress.
• Provide supervision to SLPAs for compliance.

Competitive Contractor Compensation

• Direct Therapy: $75.00 / hour
• Evaluations: $120.00 / hour
• SLPA Supervision: $8.00 / hour (for every hour of direct/indirect supervision provided)

Responsibilities

• Assess & Evaluate: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, articulation, voice, and fluency.
• Tailored Therapy: Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for children (Birth to 21).
• Collaborate: Partner with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure progress carries over into the home.
• Mentor: Provide high-quality supervision to SLPAs, ensuring clinical excellence and compliance.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely session notes and evaluation reports via our streamlined systems.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Licensure: Current Arizona SLP License and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Experience: Previous experience in pediatric home health or clinic settings preferred.
• Mobility: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home-based services.
