Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• At least 2 years of PCBA testing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings.
• Proficiency with standard test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, power supplies).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to convey technical information clearly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Test PCBA electronics using standard equipment and record results.
• Identify anomalies/defects and report findings to engineering.
• Collaborate with engineering to address testing issues.
• Develop and implement new testing methodologies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Continuously expand electronics knowledge and best practices.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of test equipment.
