Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a PCBA electronics testing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
• Proficiency using standard test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, power supplies).
• Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent with Microsoft Office suite (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Test PCBA electronics using standard test equipment and record results.
• Identify anomalies, defects, or deviations from specifications.
• Document and report test findings to the engineering team with clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineering to address design or manufacturing issues during testing.
• Develop and implement new testing methodologies to improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment per safety guidelines.
• Expand knowledge of electronics principles and industry practices.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of test equipment.
