Role Overview

Join the Global Time & Labor Management Team as part of RTX Enterprise Services. The role ensures accurate and timely processing of international time feeds, leads implementation projects, and resolves complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Implement new international Time & Attendance programs around the globe.
• Perform all activities necessary to process international time feeds for payroll and document and update procedures.
• Manage workflow to ensure all labor transactions are processed accurately and timely.
• Audit, analyze, identify, and resolve inconsistencies between HR, Time/Payroll, and Accounting systems.
• Understand proper taxation of employer-paid benefits, statutory labor laws, and local norms for supported countries.
• Support compliance monitoring, issue tracking and resolution, and statutory filing management with the ability to design solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Recognize opportunities, recommend process improvements, and lead projects to increase efficiency and ensure quality.

Qualifications – Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field and 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree.
• In the absence of a degree, 6 years of applicable relevant experience may be considered.
• 2 years of experience with payroll/labor.
• 2+ years of experience with enterprise payroll software such as Workday, ADPEV5, and ADP Workforce Manager.
• Experience and knowledge of payroll best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience with policy creation, project management, and communicating guidance to leadership at multiple levels.
• Solid experience with third-party payroll providers such as ADP.
