Job summary

RTX in Richardson, TX is seeking a Senior Labor Analyst to serve as a senior operational SME supporting managers, enterprise projects, implementations, compliance initiatives, and strategic workforce efforts.

This role partners with Payroll, HR, Operations, and Compliance to drive labor processes, audit analyses, and scalable improvements across Time & Labor Management. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with 5+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Proficient MS Word and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and strong analytic skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior operational SME supporting managers, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Lead or support complex operational projects and enterprise implementations.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, Operations, Compliance, and system teams to support strategy and objectives.
• Provide advanced operational support across multiple Time & Labor Management areas.
