You will manage bi-weekly payroll, timesheet processing, deductions, and reports while ensuring compliance with policies and law. The position requires 3+ years of payroll experience in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential

Qualifications

• 3+ years payroll experience in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of payroll policies and regulations that affect payroll.
• Experience with payroll transaction codes and input processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state bi-weekly payroll and related reporting.
• Administer payroll by importing timesheets for exempt, non-exempt, and part-time staff; compute deductions.
• Ensure payroll is completed accurately and on time per policies and law.
• Create Excel reports for management and audit purposes.
• Assist with internal and external payroll audits.
• Process garnishments and manage related records.
• Reconcile biweekly 401K contributions and loans.
• Identify issues and apply proper adjustments for accuracy.
• Research payroll inquiries and resolve them efficiently.
• Review and verify payroll reports for accuracy.
• Verify employee data and update records as needed.
• Maintain records to comply with company and regulatory needs.
