Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience processing multi-state payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process 8–9 payrolls across multiple operating companies with diverse populations.
• Enter, verify, and review time and attendance data and manager approvals.
• Ensure accurate tax withholdings and benefit deductions.
• Generate payroll reports and maintain records; support audits.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
