Qualifications

• 3+ years payroll experience in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of payroll policies, regulations, and transaction codes.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with multi-state payroll.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Import and process timesheets for exempt, non-exempt and part-time employees; compute deductions and verify payrolls.
• Create reports in Excel for managers and audits.
• Assist with internal and external payroll audits.
• Process garnishments and manage related documentation.
• Reconcile 401(k) contributions and loans biweekly.
• Identify and correct issues to ensure accuracy.
