Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years payroll processing experience, including 1+ year multi-state payroll.
• Knowledge of HR policies and basic accounting principles.
• Experience with payroll/timekeeping systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll transactions accurately and timely including wage assignments and severance.
• Ensure time and attendance data accuracy with managers and HR.
• Process manual checks and update payroll systems as needed.
• Handle miscellaneous payroll tasks including hires, terminations, garnishments, and reimbursements.
• Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation.
• Provide responsive payroll support to employees and management.
