Professional Contract Services, Inc. (PCSI) is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support the corporate payroll team. The role involves processing payroll for multiple worksites, assisting with reconciliations and audits, and acting as the primary contact for employee payroll questions.

Hybrid schedule; must live in the Austin, TX area. The position emphasizes compliance with Federal, state, and local regulations, including contract-specific requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 3 years of payroll processing experience in large workforce.
• Experience with multi-state and contract-specific payroll is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee payroll processing for assigned sites, including new hires, transfers, relocations, terminations, and changes to employment conditions.
• Ensure payroll systems reflect current employee base and contract specifics.
• Assist UKG with wage garnishment and child support requests.
• Review timecards for accuracy prior to processing and provide reporting as needed.
• Support year-end processes including reconciliations and W-2 processing.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
