Job summary

Wis-Pak/WP Beverages in Windsor, WI is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage the day-to-day payroll cycle for a multi-state workforce of hourly manufacturing and salaried employees. Reporting to the Payroll Lead, you’ll ensure accurate processing, timely data validation, and compliance across locations.

You will validate time data, resolve discrepancies, maintain records, handle year-end tasks, and partner with HR, Finance, Benefits, and Operations to improve processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Multi-state payroll experience preferred, with hourly manufacturing and salaried populations.
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems, timekeeping systems, and HRIS platforms.
• FPC or CPP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees across multiple states.
• Review and validate timekeeping data; resolve missing punches and exceptions.
• Enter and maintain payroll records, including changes and tax elections.
• Complete payroll reconciliations, audits, and year-end tasks.
