Job summary

You will own end-to-end biweekly payroll, handle commissions, and perform payroll-related accounting reconciliations using Paycom and CDK. Ideal candidates have 2+ years payroll experience and 1+ year accounting, with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
• 1+ year of accounting experience, including reconciliations and payroll-related accounting activities.
• Experience with payroll systems; Paycom experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end biweekly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Calculate commissions and commission bonus payouts.
• Reconcile payroll-related accounting schedules, accrued sales commissions, and internal accounts payable and accounts receivable activity.
• Manage payroll for hourly and salaried employees, including exempt and non-exempt classifications.
• Use Paycom for payroll processing and CDK for accounting-related functions.
