Job summary

CFS, a long-standing Wisconsin-based family-owned company, seeks a Payroll Specialist to own payroll processing across multiple locations with a hybrid work setup. You’ll handle end-to-end biweekly payroll, manage commissions, and work with Paycom and CDK in a high-volume environment.

Requirements include 2+ years of payroll processing and 1+ year of accounting experience, with Paycom experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
• 1+ year of accounting experience, including reconciliations and payroll-related accounting activities.
• Experience working with payroll systems; Paycom experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end biweekly payroll.
• Calculate commissions and commission bonus payouts.
• Reconcile payroll-related accounting schedules, accrued sales commissions, and internal AP/AR activity.
• Manage payroll for hourly and salaried employees, including exempt and non-exempt classifications.
• Utilize Paycom for payroll processing and CDK for accounting-related functions.
