Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on payroll experience with semi-monthly processing.
• Strong knowledge of Costpoint Time and Expense or similar systems.
• Familiarity with wage and tax laws (FLSA, federal/state/local).
• Experience with 401(k) processing and garnishments.
• Ability to train staff and support internal audits.

Responsibilities

• Semi-monthly payroll processing for ~600 employees.
• Process time sheet corrections and payroll changes (new hires, terminations, raises).
• Calculate prorations and bonuses; manage PTO accruals.
• Process 401k contributions, loans and payments; handle garnishments.
