Job summary

Symetra Financial Corporation is hiring a Payroll Specialist to manage data entry and processing of corporate payroll using ADP's Vantage, plus monthly journal entries and reconciliation. The role supports FP&A and Incentive Compensation on hires and changes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of payroll experience required.
• End-to-end payroll processing experience is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Bellevue, WA home office at least every two weeks.
• Process corporate bi-weekly payroll using ADP Vantage and manage data feeds.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and reconcile payroll accounts.
• Enter hires, changes and terminations for incentive programs in SharePoint; assist FP&A.
