Job summary

SNI Companies in Clearwater, FL is hiring Payroll Specialists for a hybrid role (3 days in office). Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Compensation includes $26–$30/hour plus a $650 healthcare monthly allowance and benefits.

The position requires 5+ years of ADP Workforce and high-volume payroll with multi-state experience, benefits administration, and strong compliance with wage and hour laws. Proficiency in ADP, Paylocity, and Prism is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ADP Workforce and high-volume payroll with multistate experience.
• Experience generating payroll reports with ADP Workforce.
• Benefits administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly/bi-monthly payrolls into ADP WORKFORCE payroll software.
• Collect weekly time sheets and calculate hours paid.
• Prepare general ledger entries related to payroll.
• Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate reports.
• Ensure pay practices comply with FLSA and wage-hour regulations.
• Maintain ADP database for employee changes and audits.
• Assist HR with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
