401GO is seeking a Payroll Processor to manage payroll operations with accuracy and efficiency in a hybrid environment. You will handle payroll processing via multiple data feeds, update employee payroll changes, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• Basic payroll experience (1+ year preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting/filtering, formulas).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process payrolls via file upload, manual entry, or 180/SFTP data feeds.
• Maintain accuracy and meet payroll deadlines; update deductions and employee changes.
• Escalate anomalies to Payroll Specialists; ensure data integrity and compliance.
