LHH in San Diego is seeking an experienced Payroll Operations Supervisor to oversee a payroll team in a large-scale environment. The role offers a hybrid work schedule with regular in-office attendance.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory payroll experience and strong hands-on processing knowledge. UKG experience is a plus, and the team environment is collaborative and supportive.

Formación

• Prior supervisory experience within a payroll function is required.
• Strong hands-on payroll processing and operations experience.
• Experience with large-scale or high-volume payroll is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, develop, and provide day-to-day support to payroll team members.
• Oversee payroll processing to help ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Review payroll data, identify discrepancies, and assist with resolving payroll issues.
• Support payroll compliance and established policies and procedures.
• Partner closely with HR, Accounting, and other internal departments.
• Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and workflows.
• Provide hands-on payroll support as needed.
