Job summary

Ad-West Realty Services, Inc. is seeking a payroll specialist to maintain efficient payroll operations for our Bellevue-based team. This hybrid role requires handling semi-monthly payroll using Rippling, timesheets, and compliance across multi-state wage laws.

You will train property managers, respond to payroll inquiries, and uphold strict confidentiality while processing benefits and deductions. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and a proven

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Labor Laws.
• Maintains high confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and deadline management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and processes semi-monthly payroll using Rippling.
• Timesheet collection, review and submission.
• Calculate employer liability and distribute related reports.
• Process ACH collection of employer liability expenses.
• Maintain payroll records in accounting software.
• Comply with federal, state and local payroll laws.
• Generate year-end forms (W-2s, etc.).
• Provide payroll training to new staff and support leadership.
