Job summary

Ad-West Realty Services is seeking a payroll specialist to maintain efficient payroll operations. You will process semi-monthly payroll using Rippling, manage timesheets, and ensure compliance with federal and state laws.

You will handle onboarding, employee changes, and confidentiality, while providing support to leadership on payroll-related projects. This role offers a hybrid schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a payroll-related role.
• Experience with payroll software and compliance knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and processes payroll using Rippling and cloud-based software.
• Handle timesheet collection, review, and submission.
• Calculate employer liability and distribute related reports.
• Process ACH payments and maintain payroll records in accounting software.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage laws.
• Generate quarterly and year-end payroll forms (941/940/W-2/W-3/1095-C).
• Onboard new hires and manage employee changes to pay, taxes, and direct deposit.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and handle data requests.
• Provide training to property managers for payroll submission, and support HR inquiries.
• Monitor and respond to payroll emails, route requests, and manage mail/records.
