Job summary

Form Energy is hiring a Payroll Manager to lead the payroll team and end-to-end payroll operations across manufacturing and engineering groups. You will ensure payroll accuracy, multi-state tax compliance, and vendor governance while partnering with HR, Finance, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in accounting, finance, HR, or related fields with people management.
• CPP certification is highly preferred for this role.
• Experience managing payroll in manufacturing or production environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for a diverse workforce and coordinate time-tracking.
• Manage payroll tax updates, overtime, shift differentials, and wage-hour compliance.
• Own payroll-to-accounting lifecycle including month-end close and GL reconciliations.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to drive automation and analytics.
