Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor in related field or equivalent years of payroll experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of payroll processing experience, preferably multi-state.
• Extensive knowledge of payroll systems (UKG, Kronos, SuccessFactors) and payroll regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Bilingual Spanish and English.
• Experience in education or global organization.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage payroll for hourly and salaried employees with data imports and adjustments.
• Audit payroll data and provide reporting tools for review and analysis.
• Stay current with federal and state payroll regulations and ensure compliance.
• Assist with payroll audits, confidentiality, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Benefits to reconcile payroll and deductions.
• Support payroll integration for acquisitions and HRIS enhancements.
