Qualifications

• Progressive HR experience with 1–3 years in a NYC charter school.
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR data, analytics, and reporting to drive informed decisions.
• Ensure HR functions like compliance, time & attendance, and HRIS are effectively managed.
• Collaborate with finance and special projects to support payroll processes.
• Review employee handbook and advise leadership on best practices.
• Maintain accurate, compliant HR files and records.
