Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Fundamental Payroll Certification within the first 9 months of employment.
• 2–5 years of experience solving problems, researching issues, or working in payroll, HR, accounting, compliance, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to questions and resolve routine payroll and HR issues.
• Coordinate account updates and communicate next steps to clients.
• Troubleshoot problems and research agency rules as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll practices and prevent issues.
• Proactively follow up with clients to ensure they are informed.
• Collaborate with leadership to brainstorm service improvements.
