Job summary

Wake County Public School System seeks an Oracle Payroll Systems Analyst to support payroll and compensation systems, manage data exchanges, and ensure data integrity. This role acts as a liaison with Technology Services and supports project management within Compensation Services.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Oracle payroll, SQL, and BI reporting tools, plus the ability to develop reports and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, math, or related field.
• 3–5 years of related experience with payroll or data systems preferred.
• Experience with project management and reporting outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Payroll and BI reporting tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and data integrity practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for enterprise payroll and compensation systems.
• Assist with data exchange processes and maintain data integrity.
• Serve as liaison between Compensation Services and Technology Services.
• Develop reports and reporting tools to aid payroll processing and auditing.
