Job summary

Rampart IC is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to oversee multi-state payroll, benefits enrollment, and HR generalist duties. You will handle open enrollment, compliance, and data accuracy while coordinating with Finance and HR teams.

The role requires strong confidentiality, organizational skills, and experience with ADP and Employee Navigator in a hybrid work model within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business, accounting, HR, or related field.
• 3–5 years of multi-state payroll administration experience.
• Experience with ADP payroll and Employee Navigator benefits platforms.
• Familiarity with wage-and-hour laws and payroll tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle, multi-state payroll for semi-monthly and bi-weekly cycles.
• Administer benefits enrollment and ongoing maintenance for employees.
• Prepare and file W-2, ACA reporting, Form 5500, and related documents.
• Ensure I-9, E-Verify, and background checks are compliant and up to date.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR to support audits and reporting.
