Job summary

Unknown is seeking an HR Payroll + Benefits Specialist to support the HR department with payroll, HRIS administration and benefits management.

The role includes processing payroll accurately and timely, overseeing open enrollment, administering benefit elections, and delivering HRIS training. Candidates should have strong Excel skills and familiarity with HRIS platforms, with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, or 2–4 years of applicable experience.
• 3–7 years of Human Resources, Payroll or HRIS Analyst experience.
• Payroll processing, benefits administration and HRIS experience required.
• UltiPro experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll, bonuses, and other pay-related items in a timely and accurate manner.
• Lead HRIS projects and coordinate with vendors, internal teams and leadership.
• Oversee yearly open enrollment and benefits setup in HRIS.
• Provide HRIS and payroll training for new hires and transfers.
• Maintain relationships with benefit providers and assist with invoices.
