Job summary

CFS in Portland, OR is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support biweekly payroll for a hybrid team. Training precedes a schedule with only one day onsite per week, after which you’ll work alongside seven payroll professionals focused on training and development.

You will handle union payroll, reporting, and audits, using ADP Lyric and other payroll systems to ensure accuracy. This role suits a detail‑oriented, collaborative learner eager to grow in payroll.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on payroll processing experience including biweekly payroll.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience supporting payroll audits, union payroll, or union dues processing is a plus.
• ADP experience and payroll tax exposure are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll.
• Support salaried and hourly payroll operations.
• Assist with union dues processing, reporting, and payroll audits.
• Participate in payroll system initiatives, including the ADP Lyric implementation.
• Utilize Excel and payroll systems to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
