Job summary

The Intersect Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Payroll Analyst for a hybrid, three-month contract to support a multistate workforce. You will process weekly payroll for 300+ employees and assist with time and attendance, payroll audits, and payroll system administration during an implementation phase.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and familiarity with UKG, ADP, and Kronos.

Qualifications

• At least five years of payroll experience.
• Multistate payroll experience using UKG.
• Experience with payroll audits.
• Proficiency with Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience processing weekly payroll.

Responsibilities

• Manage and distribute ServiceNow tickets.
• Review UKG and ADP invoices.
• Review instant checks.
• Support time and attendance activities in Kronos.
• Process weekly payroll for more than 300 employees.
• Perform payroll audits and related quality checks.
