Job summary

The Intersect Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Scottsdale (85254) with a track record of managing high-volume payroll processes. You will maintain accurate payroll and timekeeping data, handle garnishments, and support timely payroll distribution in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities include processing earnings and deductions, troubleshooting UKG Pro/Workforce Dimensions data issues, and responding to employee and manager payroll inquiries.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience processing high-volume payroll.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume payroll and update employee data in payroll/timekeeping systems.
• Review and submit garnishments accurately and on time.
• Process earnings and deductions requests and related spreadsheets.
• Troubleshoot data issues in UKG Pro and Workforce Dimensions.
• Distribute payroll checks timely and resolve employee/payroll inquiries.
