• Process payroll for assigned territories with accuracy.
• Manage new hires, terminations, W-4 changes, direct deposits, pay cards, and other payroll updates.
• Review timecards, administer wage garnishments, and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Generate payroll reports, assist with general ledger reporting, and prepare journal entries.
• Test system updates and enhancements to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Assist employees with payroll questions and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Collaborate with team to improve payroll operations.
