Responsibilities

• Compile and process associate time from timekeeping system for multiple businesses.
• Timely processing of multiple payrolls.
• First point-of-contact for associates for timekeeping and payroll matters.
• Respond and resolve all Payroll-related inquiries; monitor ticketing queue (supporting over 200,000 associates).
• Coordinate between payroll, HR, and other departments to ensure proper data flow.
