Responsibilities

• Process payroll and maintain payroll records.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly financials.
• Manage grant billing, reporting, and audit support.
• Process assigned accounts payable activities.
• Perform bank, balance sheet, and fixed asset reconciliations.
• Analyze variances and support month-end close.
