Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Experience supporting both union and non-union payroll is a plus.
• Familiarity with payroll laws, wage and hour regulations, and payroll tax requirements.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the preparation, processing, and reconciliation of weekly, bi-weekly, and special payroll cycles for 10,000+ employees.
• Support payroll operations for both union and non-union employee groups, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and company policies.
• Review and audit payroll data including timekeeping records, earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefit contributions.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies, employee inquiries, and wage calculation issues.
• Process payroll adjustments, off-cycle payments, retroactive pay, garnishments, and other payroll transactions.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Benefits, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure accurate employee and payroll records.
• Assist with payroll audits and reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and payroll information.
• Support payroll system updates, testing, and process improvement initiatives as needed.
