Qualifications

• Two years experience in a financial institution
• Two years experience in customer service or data analysis
• Knowledge of Reg D, Reg E, NACHA and BSA
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint and PDF technologies
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide phone, chat and email support for payment services
• Balance and reconcile GL; research discrepancies
• Assist members and coworkers with payment system inquiries
• Support operations for ACH, Zelle, checks, mobile deposits and Bill Pay
• Maintain Symitar and related processing systems
