Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and close overdraft checking accounts per policy.
• Respond to member requests for account info, adjustments or research.
• Investigate and resolve member concerns and disputes related to checking accounts.
• Assist seniors and supervisors with department initiatives and projects.
• Provide support across the department and handle additional tasks as assigned.
• Escalate system or member issues to management and communicate updates.
