Job summary

WSECU is seeking a Payments Analyst I, II, or III to ensure timely processing of payment services for members and coworkers. You’ll support ACH, Zelle, checks, wires, and more using Symitar, with hybrid in-office and remote work in Washington.

Role requires strong data analysis, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a financial institution and back-office operations preferred.
• Strong data and transaction analysis skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
• Knowledge of Reg D, Reg E, NACHA rules and BSA.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support (phone, email, chat) for payment services.
• Perform GL balancing, reconciliation, and research of discrepancies.
• Balance accounts and review reports for accuracy.
• Maintain processing of ACH, checks, wires, and other payments.
• Support and monitor payment systems operations and controls.
• Collaborate across teams to improve processes and controls.
