Job summary

Royal Credit Union is seeking an Electronic Payments Supervisor to lead a high-performance team and oversee core payment operations, including debit, credit, ACH, wires, and check processing.

In this exempt salaried role, you will drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and support Members and staff through process enhancements and teamwork. Hybrid schedule with training at the Eau Claire office and potential remote days.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience with at least two years of leadership experience and two years in financial services.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members with clear expectations and accountability.
• Knowledge of electronic payments, ACH, wires, debit/credit cards, audit requirements, and information security.

Responsibilities

• Supervise an assigned team of Electronic Payments Specialists and assist the Payment Services Manager.
• Coordinate workflow for debit/credit/prepaid cards, ACH, wires, check processing, and related areas.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, productivity, and service levels.
