Qualifications

• Insurance verification experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Schedule and confirm appointments accurately via phone or in person.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Collect co-pays and manage patient check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
