PromptCare is seeking a highly motivated Patient Services Coordinator to join our Patient Services Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in specialty infusion benefit verifications and medication authorizations, and the ability to create EMR notes and submit electronic faxes.

The position involves timely communication with patients, physician offices, and the sales team for auth requests, and requires a detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's in healthcare or business preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication with colleagues, patients and physician offices.
• Experience with CPR+ or Caretend is preferred; strong computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Benefit verification for insurance changes and therapy/dose updates.
• Process new or reauthorization under insurance plans; update payor info in CPR/Caretend.
• Maintain and update orders to reflect correct payor; manage monthly verifications.
• Handle urgent requests; communicate with patients, physician offices and sales team.
• Familiarity with EMR, payer portals, and data entry systems; infusion background helpful.
