Job summary

Responsibilities

• Contact patients on the waitlist to offer earlier appointment opportunities and assist with rescheduling
• Review provider schedules and adjust appointment templates to maintain adequate coverage and scheduling efficiency
• Communicate with referring providers to obtain required documentation prior to initial patient visits
• Assist with provider assignments and appointment coordination to support clinic operations
• Contact patients regarding schedule changes and coordinate appointment adjustments related to provider or clinician time off
• Learn and utilize AdvancedMD scheduling software to manage appointments and maintain accurate scheduling records
