Job summary

Veloxis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Cary, NC is seeking a Manager of Patient Relationships & Adherence to drive patient-focused initiatives and adherence programs for TARPEYO and related touchpoints. The role requires collaboration with Medical, Legal, Sales, Compliance, and Market Access to advance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or commercial environments.
• Experience supporting tactical execution within brand marketing, field teams, or commercial functions.
• High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and sound professional judgment.
• Fosters learning, open communication, and teamwork to expand capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Organize bi-weekly meetings with Patient Advocacy Organizations and manage agendas/notes.
• Attend workshops and national meetings; travel may be required.
• Evaluate sponsorship opportunities vs. strategy and manage advocacy budget.
• Assist with market research and analyze customer insights, brand performance, and trends.
• Lead the Patient Ambassador program and coordinate with agency partners.
• Coordinate with Medical, Legal, Sales, Compliance, and Market Access.
• Manage TARPEYO adherence initiatives and HUB program collaboration.
