Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; marketing, life sciences, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or commercial marketing.
• Experience with peer-to-peer engagement, speaker bureaus, or congress planning.
• Nephrology or specialty market experience is a plus; strong compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of TARPEYO's peer-to-peer channel and congress engagement.
• Define education objectives, programs, and resources aligned with brand goals.
• Shape speaker bureau model, faculty strategy, and program formats with cross-functional teams.
• Establish performance measurement and optimize future programming and engagement.
• Manage budgets, vendors, timelines, and post-program assessment for events.
