Responsibilities

  • Attend workshops and national meetings; weekend travel may be required.
  • Evaluate sponsorship opportunities with Senior Director and allocate budget within advocacy spend.
  • Develop MLR-approved content for sponsorships and provide brand requests to external organizations.
  • Assist market research projects analyzing customer insights, brand performance, market trends.
  • Lead Patient Ambassador program: recruitment, database maintenance, and support ambassador shoots.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Medical, Legal, Sales, Compliance, and Market Access teams.
  • Support TARPEYO and TARPEYO Touchpoints adherence initiatives with Senior Director.

Manager, Patient Relationships and Adherence

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Advocacy
  • Organize bi‑weekly meetings with Patient Advocacy Organizations, including agenda management, note taking, and follow‑up distribution
  • Attend workshops and national meetings of organizations; weekend travel may be required
  • Work with Senior Director to evaluate sponsorship opportunities versus strategy to determine support level and allocate budget within advocacy spend
  • Provide brand requests to external organizations and develop MLR‑approved content for sponsorships
Patient Marketing
  • Assist with market research projects to analyze customer insights, brand performance, market trends and competitive response
  • Execute selected programs, some in collaboration with other Marketing team members
  • Lead the Patient Ambassador program, including recruitment, database maintenance with agency partners, and support execution of Ambassador video shoots for content collection
Cross‑Functional Engagement
  • Coordinate with Operations, Medical, Legal, Sales, Compliance, and Market Access teams
  • Coordinate with Medical team on clinical trial initiatives and recruitment
  • Coordinate with Corporate Communications on internal patient‑focused value initiatives
  • Effectively manage agency partners, budget and resource allocation
Patient Adherence
  • Work with Senior Director, US Patient Marketing and key matrix team members to contribute to overall strategy for TARPEYO and TARPEYO Touchpoints
  • Maintain and update adherence‑focused initiatives through TARPEYO Touchpoints program
  • Partner with Market Access Team and specialty pharmacy partners to enhance HUB programs
Compensation

Base compensation range: $125-150K, based on experience and performance.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or commercial operations environments
  • Experience supporting tactical execution within brand marketing, field teams, or commercial functions
  • High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and sound professional judgment
  • Experience in rare disease or high‑value markets preferred
  • Strong tactical planning, project management, communication, and organization skills
  • Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment with multiple demands
  • Travel: 20‑30% and weekend attendance at patient events may be required
Work Environment

Hybrid arrangement. Requires 20‑30% travel.
